I am an urban economist and planner, and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Real Estate and Construction at the University of Hong Kong.

My research is primarily centered around housing and real estate, although I have worked on a wide range of topics, including migration, urban policies, property rights, economic development, nutrition, and climate change. I rely on applied econometrics to answer quantitative empirical questions. Most of my work is on India, although my post-PhD research agenda has expanded into other parts of the world.

I graduated with a Ph.D. in Urban Planning and Development from the University of Southern California's Sol Price School of Public Policy in Spring 2023.
